Not more than five business days after discontinuing a place of business, a subject institution shall:
(a) Surrender to the Commissioner for cancellation the certificate of authority authorizing the subject institution to establish and maintain the place of business.(b) File with the Commissioner a report containing the following information:(1) Identify the place of business.(2) State the date on which the place of business was discontinued.Cal.
