Section 10.9600 - Definition of "Applicant" and Scope(a) In this Part, "applicant" means a subject institution which applies to the Commissioner for approval to relocate a place of business.(b) This Part contains regulations relating to the relocation by an applicant of a place of business pursuant to Financial Code Section 546. This Subpart contains general provisions relating to the relocation by an applicant of a place of business. Subpart 2 (commencing with Section 10.9625) of this Part contains regulations relating to an application by an applicant for approval to relocate a California place of business. (Subpart 3 of this Part is reserved.) Subpart 4 (commencing with Section 10.9675) of this Part contains regulations which set forth administrative standards and procedures relating to an application by an applicant for approval to relocate a place of business. Subpart 5 (commencing with Section 10.9700) of this Part contains regulations relating to matters after an application by an applicant for approval to relocate a place of business is approved by the Commissioner.Cal.
