Not more than five business days after discontinuing a branch office, a subject institution shall:
(a) Surrender to the Commissioner for cancellation the certificate of authority authorizing the subject institution to establish and maintain the branch office.(b) File with the Commissioner a report containing the following information:(1) Identify the branch office.(2) State the date on which the branch office was discontinued.Cal.
