Section 10.6481 - Certificate of Authority: Issuance and Expiration(a) Not less than one business day before relocating its head office, an applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application for the issuance of a certificate of authority authorizing such applicant to establish and maintain such head office--new site. Such application shall contain the following information: (1) State the proposed address of the head office--new site.(2) State the date on which the applicant proposes to relocate its head office.(b) An applicant may relocate its head office on or after the date on which the certificate of authority authorizing such applicant to establish and maintain such head office--new site is issued. However, the certificate of authority shall expire on the earlier of the following dates unless the applicant shall have relocated its head office on or before such date: (1) Date on which the Commissioner's approval of the application for approval to relocate the head office expires pursuant to Section 10.6480 of this Chapter.(2) Thirtieth day after the date of the issuance of the certificate of authority.Cal.
