Section 10.4366 - Signature and Acknowledgement(a) An application for approval to convert into a subject institution shall be signed in the name of the applicant by not less than two officers of the applicant.(b) The signature of the applicant on an application for approval to convert into a subject institution shall be acknowledged.Cal.
