Section 10.4351 - Included Application

An application for approval to convert into a subject institution shall, unless otherwise provided in such application, be deemed to include an application for authority pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1070), of the Banking Law for the subject institution to establish a branch office at the location of each approved but unopened branch office of the applicant. Approval of an application for approval to convert into a subject institution shall, unless otherwise provided in such approval, be deemed to include approval of such included application. Such subject institution shall, with respect to establishing any branch office pursuant to such approval, comply with the provisions of Subpart 10 (commencing with Section 10.6950), Part 2, Subarticle 3, Article 5 of this Subchapter.
