Section 10.3858 - Expiration and Extension of Approval of Application(a) The Commissioner's approval of an application for authority to engage in trust business shall, unless extended by the Commissioner, expire six months after the date of such approval.(b) An application for an extension of the Commissioner's approval of an application for authority to engage in trust business shall contain: (1) Date on which the approval is scheduled to expire.(2) Description of progress to date in establishing the trust department.(3) Proposed timetable for completing the establishment of the trust department.(4) Amount of additional time requested for completing the establishment of the trust department.(5) Statement of reasons why such additional time is required for completing the establishment of the trust department.Cal.
