Section 1416 - Review and Response by Contracting Department and Awardee(a) The Awardee shall have 7 working days after notification by the Coordinator to submit to the Coordinator and Protestant a response to the Detailed Written Statement of Protest.(b) The Contracting Department, in conjunction with the Coordinator, shall have 7 days after the filing of the Detailed Written Statement of Protest to send a response to Protestant and Awardee.(c) Responses shall follow the standards set forth in section 1412(c) and (d).Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 1, § 1416
