Section 1385 - Continuances; Adjournment(a) Continuances or extensions of time may be permitted for good cause or on stipulation of all relevant Parties. A showing of good cause for any continuance or the basis of the stipulation shall be set forth in the record.(b) The Arbitrator may take adjournments on the request of a Party or on the Arbitrator's own initiative, provided that, to the fullest extent practicable and consistent with the rights of the Parties the Arbitration hearing shall not be adjourned after the commencement of an evidentiary hearing on the merits.Cal.
