Section 1383 - Attendance at Hearings(a) The Arbitration hearings shall be open to the public unless the attendance of individuals or groups of individuals would disrupt or delay the orderly conduct or timely completion of the proceedings.(b) Subject to subdivisions (c) and (d), the Arbitrator, at the request of any Party, may exclude any witness not at the time under examination so that such witness cannot hear the testimony of other witnesses.(c) A Party to the Arbitration cannot be excluded under this section.(d) If a person other than a natural person is a Party to the Arbitration, an officer or employee designated by its attorney or representative is entitled to be present to assist in the presentation of that Party's case.Cal.
