Section 1356 - Objection to Complaint: Grounds(a) Not later than 30 days after service of the complaint a Respondent, in lieu of filing an answer, may file an objection to the complaint.(b) The following objections may be raised: (1) The lack of jurisdiction.(2) Untimeliness in filing the complaint in Arbitration.(3) Failure to state a claim upon which any relief can be granted.(4) Ambiguity, uncertainty or unintelligibility of the complaint or parts thereof.(5) Failure to comply with the statutes or regulations governing these Arbitrations.Cal.
