Section 1278 - Requests for Notice of Declaratory Decision ProceedingsAny Person may request an Agency to provide notice of commencement of, or other action concerning, a Declaratory Decision Proceeding. Any request for such notice shall be in writing and shall be directed to the Agency head. Requests shall be renewed annually.
