Permanent Rule
As authorized by Act 593 of 1987, as amended, the Commission proposes to require parties that implemented Permits of Approval by signing financing agreements to sign by October 1, 1994 a construction contract. The construction contract shall specify that the foundation for the facility will be completed within six (6) months of the signing of the contract and that the facility will be completed within IS months from the date of the signing. An application for licensure of the beds contained in the new construction must be made within 18 months from the date of the signing of the construction contract.
