Rule 006.06.17-006 - Rule 1260(e) - Clarifies Existing Power of the Commission

Following the hearing, the Commission may, at its discretion, uphold the decision of the Stewards, overturn the decision of the Stewards, or reduce or increase any penalties assessed by the Stewards in their ruling.
