Rule 004.00.20-058 - AR 100 Fiscal and Accounting Operations

I.POLICY OF DEPARTMENT:

To ensure that all fiscal and accounting operations are handled in accordance with standardized procedures and in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.

II.EXPLANATION:

A. All Chief Administrative Officers of the divisions are responsible for ensuring that all fiscal and accounting matters - including all trust fund accounts and benefit funds - are handled in accordance with written regulations issued by or through the Department's Office of Business Administration.
