All Chief Administrative Officers shall ensure that the provisions of the Arkansas General Accounting and Budgetary Procedure Law, as amended, as well as regulations issued by the Accounting Office of the Department of Finance and Administration and the Office of Business Administration of the Department of Correction, are adhered to by their respective staffs.
