Rule 004.01.20-002 - Escapes, Disturbances or Emergencies

I.AUTHORITY. The Board of Corrections is vested with the authority to promulgate this administrative rule by Arkansas Code sections 12-27-105, 16-93-1203 and 16-93-1205.

II.APPLICABILITY. This rule applies to all Arkansas Community Correction employees.

III.POLICY. Plans and procedures for managing escapes, disturbances or emergencies must be readily available to appropriate persons. State and local law enforcement agencies will be relied on to assist with the apprehension of escapees, control of disturbances or response to emergencies as necessary.
