It is unlawful to fail to check and remove catch from trammel nets, gill nets, commercial trotlines, snaglines, throw lines, limb lines, set hooks, hoop nets, turtle nets, slat traps, fiddler nets, and all other commercial tackle at least once during each 48-hour period from sunrise April 1 to sunrise November 1, in compliance with Codes 30.13 and 30.14.
