Code Book
The regulations in this Code Book are hereby adopted by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission under authority of Amendment 35 to the Constitution of the State of Arkansas. All laws, rules, regulations, or orders in conflict with the regulations in this Code Book are hereby repealed by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission.
Canada Goose Statewide Season:
2022-2023 season:
* 1st segment: September 1 through October 15 annually
* 2nd segment: Saturday before Thanksgiving through the first Sunday after Thanksgiving
* 3rd segment: December 10 through December 23
* 4th segment: December 26 through January 31
Beginning 2023-2024 season:
* 1st segment: September 1 through October 15 annually
* 2nd segment: Saturday after Thanksgiving through the second Sunday after Thanksgiving
* 3rd segment: December 9 through December 23
* 4th segment: December 27 through January 31
EXCEPTION: Holla Bend NWR is closed.
LIMIT: Daily limit 2, possession limit 6.
EXCEPTION:The daily limit is 5 Canada geese from September 1 through October 15 annually, possession limit 15.
