Section R9-7-454 - Nationally Tracked Sources.A. A licensee who manufactures, receives, transfers, disassembles, or disposes of a nationally tracked source shall complete and submit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's National Source Tracking System and the Department, a National Source Tracking Transaction Report that contains the information required in 10 CFR 20.2207(a) through (e), revised August 9, 2021, incorporated by reference, and available under R9-7-101. This incorporated material contains no future editions or amendments. The report shall be submitted by the close of the next business day after the transaction using a reporting method specified in 10 CFR 20.2207(f), revised January 1, 2008, incorporated by reference, and available under R9-7-101. This incorporated material contains no future editions or amendments.B. The initial National Source Tracking Transaction Report shall contain the information required in subsection (A), be submitted using a method specified in 10 CFR 20.2207(f), revised August 9, 2021, incorporated by reference, and available under R9-7-101. A licensee shall correct any error in previously filed National Source Tracking Transaction Reports or file a new report for any missed transaction within five business days of the discovery of the error or missed transaction in accordance with 10 CFR 20.2207(g), revised August 9, 2021, incorporated by reference, and available under R9-7-101.
