Section R9-34-209 - Enrollee Time-frame for Filing an Appeal or Grievance with the ContractorA. An enrollee shall file an appeal either orally or in writing with the contractor within 60 days after the date of the Notice of Action.B. The enrollee shall file a grievance either orally or in writing with the contractor.C. The enrollee shall file a grievance directly with the contractor. AHCCCS shall refer to the contractor any grievance filed with AHCCCS. An enrollee is not entitled to a State Fair Hearing on a grievance. Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-34-209
