Section R9-31-1003 - Cost Avoidance

The provisions in A.A.C. R9-22-1003 apply to this Section except:

1. Replace the reference to "Article 2," with 9 A.A.C. 31, Article 2; and

2. This Section applies to Title XXI covered services.
