Section R9-26-207 - ConfidentialityA. The Commission shall use the information provided by the Program's applicants or recipients in the course of the administration of the Program solely to administer the Program.B. The Commission shall not disclose the name of an applicant for or recipient of telecommunications equipment without a written request for disclosure. Even with a written request for disclosure, the Commission shall not disclose personal identifying or protected health information regarding an applicant or recipient.Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-26-207
