Section R9-22-405 - Failure to Respond to the Notice of IntentIf a person fails to respond to the Notice of Intent within the timeframe described in A.A.C. § R9-22-406(A), AHCCCS shall uphold the penalty and recoupment amounts described in the Notice of Intent.
