Section R9-2-106 - Private ResidenceA. Smoking is prohibited in a private residence licensed or certified by the Department or in areas of a private residence licensed or certified by the Department as: 2. A child care facility,3. A child care group home, or4. A health care institution other than an adult day care. B. Smoking is prohibited in a health care professional's private residence: 1. In an area where the health care professional provides services to an individual, and2. When the health care professional is providing services to an individual. C. A.R.S. § 36-601.01 does not apply to the private residence of an individual who is receiving services from a health care professional in the individual's private residence. Ariz. Admin.
