Section R9-13-208 - Newborn Screening Program Fee
A. Until November 1, 2022, the fee for the newborn screening program is: 1. For a first specimen, $36; and2. For a second specimen, $65.B. Effective November 1, 2022, the fee for the newborn screening program is $171.00.Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-13-208
