Section R6-8-105 - Right to AppealA. A client who is dissatisfied with the final decision issued by the area agency pursuant to R6-8-102 of this Article has the right to appeal that decision.B. A grievant who is dissatisfied with the final decision issued by the Program Administrator pursuant to R6-8-103 of this Article has the right to appeal that decision.Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-8-105
