Adopted without change as a permanent rule effective January 23, 1987 (Supp. 87-1). Section repealed, new Section adopted effective January 2, 1996 (Supp. 96-1). Section expired under A.R.S. § 41-1056(J) at 22 A.A.R. 2567, effective March 31, 2016 (Supp. 16-3).
