Section R6-12-207 - Withdrawal of ApplicationA. An applicant may withdraw an application at any time before the Department completes an eligibility determination by requesting a withdrawal from the Department either orally or in writing.B. If an applicant orally asks to withdraw an application the Department shall: 1. Document the names of persons and type of benefits or services the applicant wishes to withdraw, and2. Deny the application and notify the applicant. C. A withdrawal is effective as of the date of application.D. When an application is withdrawn, an applicant must file a new application to restart the application process.Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-12-207
