Section R6-12-1201 - Intentional Program Violations (IPV); DefinedA. An intentional program violation (IPV) is an action by an individual, for the purpose of establishing or maintaining the family's eligibility for CA or for increasing or preventing a reduction in the amount of the grant, which is intentionally: 1. A false or misleading statement or misrepresentation, concealment, or withholding of facts; or2. Any act intended to mislead, misrepresent, conceal, or withhold facts or propound a falsity. B. For the purpose of imposing sanctions as prescribed in R6-12-1204, a person is considered to have committed an IPV if: 1. The person signs a waiver of an administrative disqualification hearing,2. The person is found to have committed an IPV by an administrative disqualification hearing, or3. The person is convicted of IPV or fraud in a court of law. Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-12-1201
