Article 15 consisting of Sections R5-1-1501 through R5-1-1506 adopted without change as a permanent rule effective September 12, 1989. Article 15 consisting of Sections R5-1-1501 through R5-1-1506 adopted as an emergency effective May 22, 1989 pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1026, valid for only 90 days.
