Emergency rule adopted again with changes effective November 29, 1991, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1026, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 91-4). Emergency rule adopted again with changes effective February 28, 1992, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1026, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 92-1). Emergency rule adopted again effective May 28, 1992, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1026, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 92-2). Emergency expired. Emergency rule adopted again effective September 10, 1992, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1026, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 92-3). Emergency rule R4-33-303 renumbered as a permanent rule to R4-33-304; new R4-33-303 renumbered from emergency rule R4-33-302 and adopted with changes effective November 25, 1992 (Supp. 92-4). Former Section R4-33-303 renumbered to R4-33-403, new Section R4-33-303 adopted by final rulemaking at 5 A.A.R. 423, effective January 15, 1999 (Supp. 99-1). Section repealed by final rulemaking at 14 A.A.R. 516, effective April 5, 2008 (Supp. 08-1).
