Former Section R4-28-19 renumbered without change as Section R4-28-801 (Supp. 87-1). Amended subsection (A) effective November 27, 1987 (Supp. 87-4). Correction to subsection (D), from "...management shall..." to "...management agreement shall..." as certified effective August 28, 1986. Amended subsections (A), (C) and (D) effective June 6, 1989 (Supp. 89-2). Amended effective February 28, 1995 (Supp. 95-1). Former Section R4-28-801 repealed by final rulemaking at 5 A.A.R. 650, effective February 3, 1999 (Supp. 99-1).
