Section R4-19-313 - BackgroundA. All applicants convicted of a sexual offense involving a minor or performing a sexual act against the will of another person shall be subject to a Board order under A.R.S. § 32-1664(F) and R4-19-405 unless the individual is precluded from licensure under A.R.S. § 32-1606(B)(17). If the evaluation identifies sexual behaviors of a predatory nature, the Board shall deny licensure or renewal of licensure.B. All individuals reporting a substance use disorder in the last five years may be subject to a Board order for an evaluation under A.R.S. § 32-1664(F) and R4-19-405 to determine safety to practice.C. The Board may order the evaluation of other individuals on a case-by-case basis under A.R.S. § 32-1664(F) and R4-19-405.Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-19-313
