Section R3-9-606 - Corrective Action PlansA A signatory who commits a flagrant violation, major deviation, or minor deviation shall correct the violation and submit a corrective action plan to the Committee or its designee within five business days of receipt of the audit report noting the violation. If the Committee or its designee rejects the corrective action plan, the signatory has 24 hours to submit a revised corrective action plan.B In the case of a flagrant violation or major deviation, once the Committee or its designee accepts the signatory's corrective action plan, an auditor shall perform an unannounced audit of the signatory within three business days.C The signatory shall comply with the corrective action plan.D Notwithstanding subsection (A), in the case of a violation that creates an immediate danger to public health, the signatory shall submit a correction action plan immediately and take necessary action to minimize the threat to public health.Ariz.
