Section R3-2-403 - Quarantine for Diseased AnimalsA. A quarantine order shall be issued by the Director or his designee when the presence of a Foreign Animal Disease is suspected or diagnosed.B. A quarantine order may be issued by the Director or his designee on the advice of the State Veterinarian when the presence of a disease is suspected or diagnosed.C. The quarantine order may isolate specific animals, premises, counties, districts, or sections of the state and shall restrict the movement of animals.Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-2-403
