Section R20-4-1516 - Advertising

A collection agency shall not use any form of communication to state or imply that the collection agency is:

1. Approved, bonded by, or affiliated with the state of Arizona;

2. A state agency;

3. The director of any state agency; or

4. Authorized to practice law.
