Section R2-7-1001 - Approval to Enter into a Cooperative Purchasing AgreementA. Agency chief procurement officers may use Arizona state contracts without a cooperative purchasing agreement.B. Agency chief procurement officers shall submit a written request to the state procurement administrator before participating in a cooperative purchasing agreement with another public procurement unit or group of public procurement units. The written request for approval shall specify the manner which the administering public procurement unit complies with A.R.S. § 41-2634.C. The state procurement administrator shall either: 1. Issue written approval, with any conditions or restrictions;2. Request additional information from the state government unit; orAriz. Admin. Code § R2-7-1001
