Section R2-20-216 - ConciliationA. Upon a Commission finding of probable cause to believe that the respondent has violated a statute or rule over which the Commission has jurisdiction, the Executive Director shall attempt to settle the matter as authorized by A.R.S. § 16-957(A) by informal methods of administrative settlement or conciliation, and shall attempt to reach a tentative conciliation agreement with the respondent.B. A conciliation agreement pursuant to subsection (A) of this Section is not binding upon either party unless and until it is signed by the respondent and by the Executive Director upon approval by the affirmative vote of at least three members of the Commission.C. If a conciliation agreement is reached between the Commission and the respondent, the Executive Director shall send a copy of the signed agreement to both complainant and respondent. Ariz. Admin.
