Section R2-17-121 - Recording HearingsA. The Board shall tape-record the hearing unless it determines there will be a court reporter and is able to obtain state funds for the cost of the court reporter.B. Any party may use a court reporter to produce a record of the hearing, but that party shall pay for all costs of the court reporter. Where a hearing is recorded by a party's court reporter, the Board shall determine whether the tape recording or the court reporter's recording will be used to prepare the hearing transcript. The Clerk shall ensure that the proceedings are transcribed and provide copies of the transcript to the Board at the time the Board meets to consider its decision on the appeal.C. Any party that requests a transcript of the proceeding from the Board shall pay the Clerk a fee for the cost of copying the transcript.Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-17-121
