Section R2-16-203 - Requirement to Close Case before Violating ConfidentialityThe Office shall stop an investigation and close a case if it cannot proceed further without releasing identifying information about a complainant who requested confidentiality. Before stopping the investigation and closing the case for this reason, the Office shall ask the complainant for permission to release identifying information.
