Section R19-1-315 - Responsibilities of a Licensee that Operates a Delivery ServiceA. A licensed retailer that operates a delivery service under A.R.S. § 4-203(J), a licensed farm winery that delivers wine under A.R.S. § 4-205.04(C)(9), a common carrier that delivers wine under A.R.S. § 4-203.04(J), or a licensed craft distiller that delivers distilled spirits under A.R.S. § 4-205.10(C)(7) shall ensure that delivery of spirituous liquor:1. Is made only to an individual who is at least 21 years old,2. Is made only after an inspection of identification shows that the individual accepting delivery of the spirituous liquor is of legal drinking age,3. Is made only during the hours of lawful service of spirituous liquor,4. Is not made to an intoxicated or disorderly individual, and5. Is not made to the licensed premises of a licensed retailer.B. A licensed retailer that operates a delivery service under A.R.S. § 4-203(J), a licensed farm winery that delivers wine under A.R.S. § 4-205.04(C)(9), a common carrier that delivers wine under A.R.S. § 4-203.04(J), or a licensed craft distiller that delivers distilled spirits under A.R.S. § 4-205.10(C)(7) shall refuse to complete a delivery if the licensee or common carrier believes the delivery may constitute a violation of A.R.S. Title 4 or this Chapter.C. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. §§ 4-112(B)(1)(d), 4-203(J) and (M), 4-203.04(J), 4-205.04(C)(9), and 4-205.10(C)(7).Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-1-315
