Adopted effective September 14, 1990, under an exemption from the Administrative Procedure Act pursuant to Laws 1989, Ch. 234, § 22; filed with the Office of the Secretary of State October 25, 1996 (Supp. 96-4). Section R19-1-247 recodified to R19-1-229 at 8 A.A.R. 2636, effective May 30, 2002 (Supp. 02-2).
The following Section was adopted under an exemption from the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6) pursuant to Laws 1989, Ch. 234, § 22. The Office of the Secretary of State was not allowed by law to file or publish exempt rules when the Section was adopted by the Department. The Department has now filed this Section with the Office of the Secretary of State as required pursuant to Laws 1996, Ch. 307, § 19.
