Section R18-5-202 - Applicability

A. This Article applies to public and semipublic swimming pools and spas.

B. This Article does not apply to the following:

1. A private residential swimming pool or spa,

2. A swimming pool or spa used for medical treatment or physical therapy and supervised by licensed medical personnel,

3. A semi-artificial bathing place,

4. A natural bathing place, or

5. An artificial lake.
