Section R18-15-819 - Contract AwardA. The Authority shall Award the Contract to the responsible Offeror whose Offer is determined to be most advantageous to the Authority based on the evaluation factors set forth in the Solicitation. The Authority shall make a written determination explaining the basis for the Award and place the determination, including any evaluation report or other supporting documentation, in the Procurement File. This subsection shall not apply to any Solicitation cancelled by the Authority prior to an Award.B. The Authority shall notify all Offerors of an Award.C. After Contract Award, the Authority shall return any Offer security provided by the Offeror as part of the Offer submission.D. Within 30 days after Contract Award the Authority shall make the Procurement File, including all Offers, available for public inspection, redacting information that is confidential under R15-18-807. A copy of the non-redacted information, if pertinent to the functioning of the Contract, shall be retained for reference in the Contract file, but marked confidential and not made available for public review.Ariz.
