Section R18-15-810 - Only One Offer Received

If only one Offer is received in response to a Solicitation, the Authority shall review the Offer and either:

1. Award the Contract to the Offeror and prepare a written determination that:

a. The price submitted is fair and reasonable; and

b. The Offeror is responsive; and

c. The Offeror is responsible; or

2. Reject the Offer and:

a. Resolicit for new Offers; or

b. Cancel the Procurement.
