Section R18-11-505 - Public ParticipationA. Within 30 days of receipt of a complete petition for reclassification filed pursuant to A.R.S. § 49-224(D), or if the Director deems it necessary to consider a reclassification under A.R.S. § 49-224(C), the Director shall give public notice of the proposed reclassification pursuant to A.A.C. R18-1-401.B. The Director shall hold at least one public hearing at a location as near as practicable to the aquifer proposed for reclassification. The Director shall give notice of each public hearing and conduct the public hearing in accordance with the provisions of A.A.C. R18-1-402.Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-11-505
