Section R18-11-205 - Analytical Methods
A. A person conducting an analysis of a sample taken to determine compliance with a water quality standard shall use an analytical method prescribed in A.A.C. R9-14-610 or an alternative method approved under A.A.C. R9-14-610(C).
B. A test result from a sample taken to determine compliance with a water quality standard is valid only if the sample is analyzed by a laboratory that is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, an out-of-state laboratory licensed under A.R.S. § 36495.14, or a laboratory exempted under A.R.S. § 36-495.02, for the analysis performed.
