Section R14-4-115 - Listing of National Securities Exchanges Registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, As Used in A.R.S. Section 44-1843(a)(7)

Each of the following national exchanges is approved by the Commission as a recognized securities exchange within the meaning of that term as used in A.R.S. § 44-1843(A)(7):

1. New York Stock Exchange

2. American Stock Exchange

3. Midwest Stock Exchange

4. Pacific Coast Stock Exchange

5. Philadelphia Stock Exchange

6. Chicago Board Options Exchange
