Section R11-1-242 - Transportation of Explosives - MiscellaneousA. No spark-producing metal tools, oils, matches, firearms, ammunition, electric storage batteries, flammable substances, acids, oxidizing materials, or corrosive compounds shall be carried in the body of any motor truck or vehicle transporting explosives unless the loading of such dangerous articles and the explosives comply with Department of Transportation regulations.B. Unauthorized persons or passengers must not ride on a motor vehicle transporting explosives.C. Hoisting of ore, muck, or other material in adjacent shaft compartments shall be stopped while explosives are being handled unless the compartment in which the explosives are being handled is adequately separated.Ariz.
